October 24, 2005.
Security Forces member, A1C Michael Fletcher, sustained serious,
multiple injuries while serving in South West Asia on patrol as
a turret gunner. He was transported to Walter Reed Army Medical
Center.
Currently, A1C Fletcher is being treated at Walter Reed Army
Regional Medical Center as an outpatient. He resides in
the DC area with his wife, Yolanda.
A1C Fletcher
had to be resuscitated twice during the initial response. He
kept coming back, to the sheer amazement of the doctors treating
him. His strength of will has been the most critical part of
his survival. |

God bless Badger
Flight RAF Lakenheath United Kingdom!
US Air Force
Airmen at Royal Air Force base Lakenheath England sent $700.00
in private and flight donations. A Senior Airman sent $250.00
each to TSgt Dana and A1C Fletcher.
Badger Flight
sent the photo at left to A1C Fletcher. We enhanced the
note on the back of the photo, moved it to the front, and made
it so that the photo can be displayed in A1C Fletcher's room at
Walter Reed with the kind words of condolences readable from A1C
Robert Kramer on behalf of Badger Flight 48th Security Forces
Squadron. |
